About Allison.
I stumbled into coaching after the birth of my third child. I was at a turning point in my own life, working as a senior manager in Training and Education and yet fast losing my balance in the whirl of demands on my time. I decided that in order to be able to enjoy my family, my work and all other aspects of my life, I needed to rethink how I was living and working. I engaged the services of a coach to help me work out which direction to take.
The coach helped me to recognise the skills I have, learn how to be good to myself and to acknowledge and follow my dreams. I quickly discovered where my talents and passions lay and seeing what an improvement this had on my quality of life, I retrained as a coach, so I could do the same for other women.
I love what I do now, which is to work with and support women in a huge range of different businesses, from all works of life and each with their own individual set of circumstances, sharing with them the secrets along the way.
